I reserves the right to refuse to send you said kitten if they find you unfit or unsuitable whether the contract is signed or not.  It is my main aim to rehome these precious beings to a safe and secure home.  It is my prerogative to change my mind if I find the buyer unfit.

We are happy to place your info regarding a kitten request, on our wait list at no charge (please give us your full name, a phone number, where you are from, order and preference of color and gender, and we always like to ask about your past experience with Siamese). Please be aware that we do have a pretty lengthy wait list all of the time. When kittens do become available, deposits are required at that time, and kittens are chosen in the order the deposits are received. Once you are informed that a litter of kittens is becoming available, a non-refundable deposit of $300 minimum is required to hold a kitten. We will try to do our best to accommodate requests for specific colors and genders, but genetics and mother nature always make those final determinations as to color and gender available. No kitten will be held without a deposit!

We DO NOT take any deposits on unborn kittens.  If your interested in one of our babies please fill out an application. You can simply just send us an email to Natefamilybred@gmail.com with all your responses to the questions. PLEASE be as detailed as possible! We want the best homes for each and every kitten!

Once kittens are 5-6 weeks old we start accepting deposits. We will send you photos of the available kittens. We do not allow visitors to our home to view the kittens at this age. Unfortunately before their first vaccines at 8 weeks old their little immune systems are not developed yet and still very sensitive. Any of us can carry viruses/parasites in the nursery on our clothing, shoes, hands etc. We run a closed cattery which means we do not allow outside animals that are not part of our breeding program into our home. We also do not allow unfamiliar people into our home if there are unvaccinated kittens on premises. Kittens are VERY socialized here with us. They are raised with dogs, children, and plenty of other kitties! You are welcome to visit your kitten after he/she is vaccinated if there are not unvaccinated kittens in our home at that time! We are VERY VERY active on social media and post photos and videos often on our Instagram. Health is our #1 priority at Nocoatkitty, that is why we have a great reputation for healthy babies. We run our cattery very strict because our kittens are our #1 priority

The Advance Payment Option is once again open, but will only be made available to those already on my wait list. You may join the wait list at any time, but all must wait chronologically. Those clients on the wait list will be notified by email when they have moved up the list and become eligible to make their advance payment. Those who do not respond within 7 days of notification will be pushed back down the wait list, and then the next group will be notified, etc. Those making full advance payments will be given top priority for a kitten, over those just choosing to make an advance deposit. Please do not send in your advance payment until you have been notified by email.
